“[Timothy] Bass has no criminal history in Washington state, but in August 2010 his wife filed for a domestic violence protection order lasting longer than a year. It was to protect her and their three children, according to Whatcom County Superior Court records.” The evidence used to arrest him was DNA evidence.
“In the file, Bass’ wife alleged physical and verbal abuse. She also claimed that Bass watched cold case files television shows, and during one incident, told her ‘I wouldn’t get caught because I’m not that stupid. It would be easy to get away with it,’ the court records state.”
Comments:
Hits: (1) the case was solved; (2) he did have knowledge of ways to eliminate or destroy evidence; (3) he knew her; (4) he was not one of the serial killers the police considered; (5) He was similar to Robert Hansen, I wrote “They are, in some ways, like the ‘butcher baker‘ Robert Hansen,” and the media reported “Bass worked at a Franz Bakery outlet store in Whatcom County, according to court document” and had NO arrest history; (6) the dog was important; (7) domestic violence was part of the picture and (8) the case was solved in the GENERAL time frame of the Saturn return.
Misses / Errors: (1) the person identified (by DNA) as the killer did not die (yet); (2) my best guess for solution was August 6, 2018 (give or take a few weeks) but it was solved earlier, December 13, 2017; (3) he knew her but apparently as a stalker who watched her at basketball games and her daily routines; HE claimed a meeting for sex but that is not supported otherwise; (4) the domestic violence involved his wife (we do not have any evidence, now, that he had any involvement with the victim except by observing her); and (5) based on what has been presented by the newspaper reports, he did not have law enforcement ties. (His knowledge of destruction of evidence came from watching true crime television shows.)
Open questions: while we generally accept the media accounts, it is POSSIBLE that (1) he had some kind of covert relationship with her (we doubt that now, and only point out the possibility in passing and NOT necessarily as a physical involvement; it COULD have been mild flirtation) and (2) this was a case of manslaughter, where he became angry with her and over-reacted and killed her in a rage, likely by accident, and then deciding afterwards to destroy evidence. However, we have no way of knowing with precision the fine details. Generally, it looks like Bass stalked, sexually assaulted, and murdered Amanda.
Finally, this update finished at 1623 CDT in Plano TX, April 17, 2020 as Sun (Aries, 8th house along with Uranus) perfects a square to Pallas (Capricorn).

[More than four hours of computer problems blocking the production of what should have been a half an hour to an hour post! Hmm. I will provide an improved version later. But when I am blocked that hard I fight back. The basic message is up now; a better version will come later when I add the graphic of the chart. But, I could not wait half an hour to an hour for a graphic to upload at 3:30 AM after more than four hours of fighting whatever is opposing me. I will start that upload when I come back and then go do chores if I am blocked again in a similar fashion.]
What is coming through is only partially from the chart. Some of this is from my “intuition” (and some might claim that I am channeling). I have had to fight so hard to produce this blog post that I cannot “dial it down” so it sounds a bit crazy except to people who are extremely metaphysical. (Usually I re-write my work to make it sound at least a LITTLE more mainstream!)
The most important part of my horary chart (and I do not ordinarily do horary; I am making an exception tonight) is the Aquarian Sun late in the Third house and only less than two degrees away from the Fourth House cusp. [Chart to be uploaded later.] This refers to a grave but it is the grave of the killer and tells me that (if he is not already dead himself) that he will be dead in less than two years and probably about eighteen months from now (February 6th 2017). I predict his death to occur in August 2018, give or take a month, but most likely some time near August 6th, give or take a week. (The Saturn Return(s) for this murder will be an important factor. They will solve the murder or close the book on it permanently in some other way.)
I have been receiving HUGE amounts of interference in trying to write this forecast. The urge to do it is compelling, very different from virtually all of my other charts and analysis and it seems as if it is a demand. If I were a bit more metaphysical than I am I would claim it is Amanda DEMANDING that the analysis be done. (That is strong even for me.)
My other chart-work in the past has been far more clinical, almost like solving an engineering problem or something like that. That was true even for terrible events (train wrecks and school shootings). But this one is very different!
However, I am also receiving a HUGE amount of interference with the process which makes me wonder if the killer or someone near him is metaphysical (aka “dark side of the force” in this case). Who, or WHAT,-ever is blocking me is very determined, almost as determined as the voice that wishes to be heard.

The killer is NOT one of the known serial killers who have been tagged for this. He *Is* the individual referenced in the “DV” post on Facebook:
“There are facts on the table indicating a possible DV connection to the death of Mandy Stavik. Mandy was witnessed by two parties in what appeared to be an argument of some sort with an older man, just hours before she disappeared on November 24th, 1989, a significant investigative detail that has thus far been ignored by everyone in official capacity.”

The fact has been ignored, at least in part, because the killer has ties to law enforcement, maybe a brother or uncle or cousin or something similar. Some would characterize him as a “pillar of the community,” an individual similar in community position to the serial killer Robert Hansen (portrayed by John Cusack in the movie Frozen Ground).
Amanda, and HER DOG, knew the killer. That is why the dog did not mount an attack but, instead, was allowed to live and wondered home later.
Amanda “going for a jog” was a pre-text on her part. This was a pre-arranged meeting. Neither party knew that it was taking this particular direction. What I am getting is that they had relations, maybe her first ever experience (not clear), and she wanted to break it off but he did not. The rape was a souvenir, “one for the road,” so to speak. (It may have been post-mortem.)
Someone in law enforcement, maybe retired now, knows who this is. They do not “know” in the sense of “smoking gun” type proof, but they have a very good idea. They left it alone because they did not think they could get a conviction AND because the person had a significant position. This was NOT a mayor or someone like that but someone like a university staff member or courthouse staff member or someone similar. Their position was not very high but was “high enough” to warrant caution in the investigation that never went anywhere. They are, in some ways, like the “butcher baker” Robert Hansen.
But, the perpetrator’s ties to law enforcement are strong enough that he knew to dump the body in a river to eliminate / contaminate trace evidence. (But, if trace DNA had been taken from the dog from when he handled the dog then we would have him. And, he DID handle the dog!)
