Was raised in Grapevine, Texas.

Her career was launched in 2003 when she was cast in the leading role of Hanna Thompson in the low-budget award-winning film The Other Side (2006).

According to the DVD commentary, she was originally at the audition to help out by reading against the male actors, but director Gregg Bishop decided to cast her in the leading role after hearing her perform the lines.

His character in Inglourious Basterds (2009) was originally one of the primary members of the Basterds. However, his role was cut down considerably in the final edit, and he (somewhat famously) disappears before the end.

Frequent guest of Doug Benson’s popular podcast, “Doug Loves Movies”.

Shortly after performing stand-up at his Bar Mitzvah, Samm pursued a career as a young comic, performing at such New York hot spots as Caroline’s, Stand-Up New York and the Gotham Comedy Club, when he was underage.

He was nominated for a 1995 Joseph Jefferson Award for Actor in a Revue for
“The Colored Museum” at the Victory Gardens Theater in Chicago, Illinois.

Worthy has played five different characters in the Star Trek franchise, appearing in 14 episodes of the various spin-off series and in Star Trek: Insurrection (1998).
